What is your lead time for custom gifts?
The timeframe for curating your perfect gift depends on factors such as the complexity of the design, the level of customization, and the current volume of orders we are handling. In most cases, we can craft your ideal gift within three days. However, additional time may be needed if the gift design is more intricate. We kindly recommend placing your order approximately one week in advance to ensure ample time for a seamless experience.
How much does a custom gift basket cost?
Our custom gift baskets start at $150, excluding tax and delivery.
Do you make gifts for any occasion?
Yes! We love hearing about your traditions, holidays, and special occasions. If you are celebrating it, we can create a gift for it.
I want to order a Semi-Custom gift but would like to add/change an item. Is this possible?
Certainly! Before making your purchase, kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request, and we will be delighted to accommodate it and provide you with the appropriate invoice.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver our gift baskets and gift boxes within the Ottawa region. We do not ship our gift baskets outside of this area. However, we can easily convert most baskets to a gift box shipped anywhere in Canada.
Can I have my gift delivered the same day I order it?
If you order a Grab & Go Gift before 12:00 pm, we can typically organize either next-day delivery or same-day pickup. However, we kindly request more time for Semi-Custom gifts, but we can still usually arrange next-day delivery or pickup.
How much does delivery/shipping cost?
During checkout, the Delivery & Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and may vary. We will provide you with the applicable price for custom orders for delivery and/or shipping.
Do you accept returns?
Please refer to our Refund Policy.
What are your delivery methods?
For delivery within Ottawa, we use a third-party delivery company. For anything outside of the Ottawa Region, we use Canada Post.
Can I pick up my gift?
Yes, pickups can be scheduled at checkout or arranged through us for custom orders.
Which forms of payment method do you accept?
We gladly accept all major credit cards through our secure online payment gateway, Shopify, and e-transfer power. Please note that we do not accept cash or personal cheques as payment methods. If you have larger orders, we are happy to explore alternative payment options and discuss them with you.
Can I create a signature gift basket for my clients?
Certainly! We take great pleasure in collaborating with all our clients to craft a distinctive gift that reflects their individuality. This will result in a one-of-a-kind design exclusively tailored for you and your valued clients.
How far in advance do I need to place a large order for an event?
We request a minimum of four weeks for larger custom orders consisting of 10 or more items. This timeframe allows us ample design, sourcing, assembly, and delivery time. Please note that we may require even more advanced notice during busy periods like December.
