Our wide selection of gift baskets can be seamlessly converted into stylish gift boxes while maintaining their exceptional quality and appeal. Each gift box is thoughtfully designed to match the theme of your chosen gift, and we enhance the recipient's experience by screen printing appropriate wording on the box. Please note that currently, we are unable to ship liquid items such as wine and bubble bath.

Our gift baskets are hand-delivered within the Ottawa region by local couriers. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping outside of Ottawa. However, we can convert most baskets into gift boxes for nationwide shipping. For more details, please contact info@penelopegrace.ca.
Upon delivery, if no one can receive the gift basket, it will be left in a secure place, usually the front porch. If leaving the gift on the porch or in a secure location is not possible, re-delivery may be necessary and may result in an additional charge.
Grab & Go Gifts: Order before 12:00 pm for same-day pickup or next-day delivery. Contact info@penelopegrace.ca to confirm. We request more time for Semi-Custom gifts but can usually arrange next-day delivery/pickup.
Delivery costs vary based on the address and will be calculated at checkout. Custom orders receive a delivery quote after creation, starting at $20.00 and increasing with distance from the city core. Shipping is based on current Canada Post rates.
At Penelope Grace, we prioritize the environment in our packaging. Our unique, one-of-a-kind designed boxes are used for oversized gift baskets, while most are elegantly concealed in white gable-style boxes. Each basket is adorned with a bow, greeting card, and box token, secured with minimal, eco-friendly materials like small gauge wire.
